Launch Day – Thanks to ALL Who Have Helped!
Today is an exciting day, but one also filled with a bit of sorrow. Working with the videos and the images day in and day out makes me think of Chase – a lot! I sure do miss him. I have worked pretty hard to put this site together and listened to the input from a lot of friends on just how to best present the content here so that folks who visit will understand right away what the site is for, what our near term goals are, and what our vision is of the future.
I’m hopeful that everyone will find the site easy to navigate and will engage with us long term. There are many ways for folks to enjoy, engage, and participate. There are lists you can join to keep informed, based on what your interests are. We have something for people who’d like to [thrive_2step id=’335′]volunteer[/thrive_2step]. We have a list for businesses what would like to[thrive_2step id=’359′] partner with us[/thrive_2step] to reach a wider and more targeted audience. We have a place where people who are mostly interested in our charitable events can check upcoming events, and [thrive_2step id=’385′]join to get reminders.[/thrive_2step] They can even get reminder TXTs so they don’t miss an important event.
We love every visitor to check out our Mission and Vision Statements so that you can understand exactly what we are and where we are going. I said in our GoFundMe campaign that I wanted everyone to give at least one of two things, give some money to help with Chase’s son’s future, or give your word that you will NEVER drive under the influence. We still want you to do that. Visit the donations page to see how.
That’s about it for today’s post. There’s a lot more to do, but I wanted everyone that loved or knew Chase to see the new site. Also, take time to visit the Chase’s Memorial page so you can either relive the celebration of Chases life. If you weren’t able to come originally, at least now you can attend virtually.
If you happened to get here without visiting the home page, please go there now. And you would be doing us a huge favor if you would comment below, and then use the “social share” buttons to the left of the post to share on your social media accounts.
